Step 4: Send me the full ‘brief’

Include as much detail and background on the product/service and your client as possible.
Also state how ‘finished’ you want my creative submissions.
This can be from rough sketched concepts to finished layouts. Concepts can kick-start the creative process or may be enough to give to your ‘art/finishing departments’ to ‘work up’.

Finished layout can be done personally. I do have my preferred allied resources of photographers, designers and web designers available if required. I can handle full project coordination or you can appoint and manage your own service providers.

Step 5: I send you a quote (estimate of expected billing) by email or fax.

You will be expected to make a 25% deposit before work can commence. Refund policies are in place (read terms and conditions)

Step 6: You “ok” the quote (or negotiate changes)

Step 7: I send you a contract (including 'terms and conditions')

As soon as you sign & return the contract, together with the deposit...I set to work!

Step 8: I fax/email you several different campaign submissions

These will be in concept form: sketches and/or brief text outlines.

Step 9: You choose which of my submissions you want me to pursue
(if required past concept stage)

Step 10: You pay me.

As the champagne flows, basking in the satisfying mutual spotlight of a job well done, we scoop collect the awards and everyone lives happily ever after!
